As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), doula, and healthcare executive director, I bring a unique combination of clinical knowledge, compassionate care, and hands on therapeutic experience to every session.

My work has been shaped by years of supporting individuals through stress, chronic pain, injury recovery, aging, pregnancy, caregiving challenges, and major life transitions. This background allows me to approach each client with both professional expertise and genuine understanding.

I'm equally at home in a wellness retreat, a senior care community, or listening to heavy metal on the drive between clients.

Fun Fact: I love standing barefoot in the snow, listening to the rain, and consider myself both a lifelong student and teacher, always learning, growing, and sharing knowledge along the way.
